Mr. Smith has over 20 years of experience in the Insurance Industry particularly in the areas of Property & Casualty. He has held various positions at Patterson/Smith Associates—one of the largest independent agencies in the U.S.—directly responsible for commercial insurance. Mr. Smith also served as a Commercial Underwriter for CNA Insurance Companies for 2 years where he specialized in Commercial Affiliated Marketing Programs including the Building Service Contractors Program. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to: "Off-shore" Captive and other alternative market solutions, Business insurance, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions and Professional Liability.
Mr. Smith has a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Mr. Mauck is experienced in a wide array of fields in the Insurance and Financial Industries. He has over 15 years of experience in Employee Benefits, Life Insurance and Financial Planning. Currently, Mr. Mauck is licensed as a Registered Investment Advisor, and holds Series 7, 6, 63 as well as being licensed for Life and Health, Property and Casualty. His areas of expertise include structuring employee benefit programs also executive compensation and 401k plans, business and personal financial planning review. He worked extensively in management with 3M Company as District Manager and with Aetna as Director of Sales. He was also a partner in Kona Ventures, a firm specializing in Business Consulting for companies interested in expanding in the US and abroad.
Mr. Mauck is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, Business Marketing and a minor in Business Economics.
