With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance service industry, Trey Mauck advises clients on a broad range of insurance products that address the protection needs of families and their loved ones. As an Agency Principal/Owner of the independent, Integrated Insurance Solutions Inc. in Ashburn, VA, he focuses on listening to each client because he believes everyone’s insurance needs are unique.

Before forming Integrated Insurance Solutions Inc., Trey partnered with one of the original founders of the Carlyle Group to provide private equity and consulting services. He was involved in the formation of sixteen companies.

Trey graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business management, Business Marketing and a minor in Business Economics. He holds his Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC as well as multiple states across the country.

Past awards include the Washington Business Journals top Agents and Brokers designation, top producer award for companies such as United Healthcare and Erie Insurance. With his entrepreneurial spirit, Integrated Insurance has grown from a staff of four to over fifty with nine locations on the east coast expanding into the Latin American and Turkish/Russian markets.

Trey takes pride in his involvement in the community coaching on the PVI soccer and basketball teams and President of the Cape Court Condominium Association where his office is located. He is also an active member in the Vistage Networking Group.

Trey has lived in the Virginia area since 1987. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Joely and his four children. He spends his free time devouring any statistics he can find on insurance including anything related to P&C and most recently Health Care Reform to benefit his clients. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with the family in Ocean City.

Karen is a native of Virginia, growing up in Reston. She graduated from Baylor University with a BA in 2000. Karen has over 20 plus years experience in the insurance industry. Her valuable insurance knowledge plays a huge role in helping clients and the IIS team. Karen became a partner of Integrated in 2010. In her spare time, she is an avid runner, enjoys sewing and spending time with her family. She currently resides in Washington State with her husband Dan, son Dylan, and two rescue dogs Lexi & Emma.

Vicki Gates oversees the personal insurance operation of Integrated Insurance Solutions. Her duties include but are not limited to: handling a full book of business, establishing and maintaining carrier relationships, management of all personal insurance operations within IIS excluding the personal life insurance risks She has earned and maintains through continuing education the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and is working upon completion of the CIC designation as well.

Vicki began her insurance career in 1994 with Mackintosh/Patterson Insurance located in Frederick, MD. In 2014 MPI merged with IIS and one major synergy in the merger was the expertise and talents of Vicki in the personal insurance realm.

Vicki has served on the local, regional and national agent’s as well as customer service representative’s panels of Encompass Insurance and The Ohio Casualty Group. Her knowledge of the entire customer/agent/company relationship made her the perfect representative for all parties – a rare and valued quality.

Vicki lives in Frederick MD and is a proud mother of two and grandmother to one. Her main hobby is distance running across the Country and is looking to participate in events overseas. Vicki is actively involved with local charities but her heart is especially tied to Camp Jamie – a weekend retreat for children who have suffered a tragic loss of a loved one in their life. Vicki has a huge heart and we are proud to have her caring soul on our team.

Crystal has been part of the IIS team for over 9 years and has shown nothing but a strong dedication and love for the staff at IIS. She has held her life and health license since 2010 and worked in the insurance field since 2000. Crystal’s career changed when she came on board with IIS and began her position as an Executive, 6 Months later she was promoted to partner and VP of Operations. Crystal’s ability to be hands on with every department and continues to keep up with her life and health license which makes her an essential part of Integrated Solutions. The team is family to Crystal and helping IIS grow is her passion. Crystal enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Rosemary was born in California but has lived in VA most of her life and considers herself a proud VA native. She brings to IIS over 13 years’ experience in the Insurance service industry. Rosemary originally started at our Manassas branch, Tango Insurance, in 2008. While there, she served as their Personal lines Account manager and provided stellar service to the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, as evidenced by multiple awards she’s received from our carriers for production and customer service.

In 2018, Integrated Insurance Solutions selected Rosemary Laureano to head a new effort to differentiate IIS from the rest, an in-house Claims Department. There she built the department from the ground up and earned a promotion to Claims Director. Acting as a claim’s liaison or intermediary, she has been able to assist clients in the claims process, which here at Integrated understand can be an arduous and cumbersome one. By aiding clients directly with their claim, her department not only facilitates the claims process but offers peace of mind not always found at a traditional Insurance agency. Rosemary maintains a Property and Casualty Insurance License for the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area and this enables her to stay current with Insurance market practices.

In her pastime, Rosemary enjoys the outdoors, camping and fishing with her family and friends.
